About the Role

Reporting directly into our E-Commerce Manager, the E-Commence Coordinator will be a part of the team that delivers a first-class omni channel experience to our Bed Bath N’ Table customers with optimized merchandising and analysis of PLP features and category performance to help drive online conversions and engagement.

The main responsibilities of the position include (but not limited to):

Product information management process & principles

• Champion first-class product quality and guide and influence internal stakeholders to implement standards.
• Full ownership of product on site, ensuring all product data and categorization is accurate to deliver best-in-class user experience.
• Work with the marketing team to optimize product descriptions and identify new category opportunities for increased search visibility.
• Complete daily/weekly site audits to identify and troubleshoot any technical, product or performance issue.
• Liaise with the product team to improve product data, accurate attributes and identify attribute gaps.

• Manage product categorization, rules and taxonomy on-site.
• Work closely with the studio on managing new product images and managing product lifestyle images.

 Reporting & Projects

• Manage product lifecycle and keep all stakeholders on Online product status.
• Supporting ongoing project alongside BAU tasks.

 Website Housekeeping

• Work with internal and external teams to identify product information or synchronization issues that may impact the customer experience across any BBNT channel (including website, google, social, affiliates etc.)
• Troubleshoot technical product issues to ensure the most comprehensive range is always available to the customer.

• Manage broken URLs, redirects and any technical issue that may affect performance
• Daily/ Weekly website maintenance.

Why You will Be the Perfect Fit:

• Experience in managing product or content for an E-Commerce website
• High level of IT literacy including strong Excel skills
• Experience in using csv upload tools to enhance product information in bulk
• Experience in using a PIM eg Comestri or web platform eg Magento
• Proactive and self-starter, with a high level of aptitude and intellectual curiosity
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to identify opportunities to improve product data
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Experience in execution of merchandising tools (eg Fredhopper, SFCC, SOLR) would be a plus
• An understanding of SEO principles will be considered as highly advantageous
