ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Loss Prevention Manager, you will play a critical role in protecting the business by reducing stock loss, managing risk and strengthening operational controls across stores and distribution. Reporting to the CFO, you will lead a commercial, data-driven loss prevention strategy that balances strong controls with customer experience and operational efficiency.
This role requires a highly analytical and pragmatic approach, combining investigation capability, stakeholder influence and data-led decision making to drive measurable improvements in shrink, fraud prevention and overall business performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead shrink reduction strategy across stores and DC
- Analyse loss drivers and implement countermeasures
- Lead investigations into theft, fraud and serious incidents
- Design and implement LP programs and controls
- Partner with IT on systems and LP technology
- Provide reporting and insights to senior leadership
ABOUT YOU
- 5+ years experience in loss prevention, audit or operations
- Proven success reducing shrink in multi-site environments
- Strong investigative capability and judgement
- High commercial acumen
- Ability to influence stakeholders across all levels
