We are looking for a talented Receptionist/Office Administrator to join our global Head Office team located in Hawthorn. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career within an iconic Australian Homewares brand. Its a critical role where no two days are the same. Reporting into the Customer Service Manager you will be responsible for:
- Providing an exceptional 5 star service experience to our external and internal customers
- Being the Face and Voice of our Company
- Delivering efficient and effective office administration support
- Creating a fun and dynamic environment
The perfect profile
- Customer service experience
- Receptionist experience (minimum 2 years)
- Administration experience
- Proficiency in MS Office suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organization and time management
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Strong relationship builder
