The Role

We are looking for a talented Receptionist/Office Administrator to join our global Head Office team located in Hawthorn.  This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career within an iconic Australian Homewares brand.  Its a critical role where no two days are the same.  Reporting into the Customer Service Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Providing an exceptional 5 star service experience to our external and internal customers
  • Being the Face and Voice of our Company
  • Delivering efficient and effective office administration support
  • Creating a fun and dynamic environment

The perfect profile

  • Customer service experience 
  • Receptionist experience (minimum 2 years)
  • Administration experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organization and time management
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Strong relationship builder
